Next Working Day Delivery on all stock items ordered, please note this does not apply to Bank Holidays or days closed or weekends, although we ship items out for a next day service we can not be held responsible for any unforeseen delays from the courier can happen due to many reasons.

Please also be aware any postcode which is in the Scottish highlands or any post code which is classed as offshore ie Isle of  Wight does not fall under our free shipping policy and carries a surcharge,please contact us for more more information.

Our courier parcels are delivered by either FED-X or APC and smaller items via Royal Mail sometimes, our aim is to deliver all parcels on the following next day from our despatch but this cannot be guaranteed as many Couriers are since the Pandemic experiencing  very high volumes of parcels so please allow 2 days in some cases,All parcels have to be signed for and cannot be just left another option is to provide an alternative address .

Our Koi are delivered by APC who are certified to carry live fish.

At the time of delivery please inspect your parcel for any damage, shortages or incorrect items, as we must be informed within 24hrs of delivery any shortfalls or damages.

If you find any parcel to be damaged, or a shortage you must clearly write this on the drivers paperwork, all parcels signed “Un-Checked” or this will not be accepted for a claim, although damage is extremely rare, but it can happen when sending goods by courier.

We have to be notified within 24hrs if there are any problems with the delivery, and, or shortages or incorrect items in the parcel.

At certain times of the year, due to large quantities of customer ordering we can become out of stock of certain items from time to time,

we will contact you ASAP to let you know the expected delivery date of such items that are out of stock.

Please note that some items are exceptionally heavy, bulky or long, and so may incurre an additional charge. Where possible this will be indicated on the item. The charge will show on checkout.

Any customer choosing to have a parcel left un-signed will do so at their own risk. ie, “leave on doorstep”, “leave by side gate” ect etc as this will invalidate any insurance claim and will have notify us in advance.

We can not be held responsible for any issues arising to you, due to late deliveries or problems encountered by the courier faulty items etc etc

We also now run and operate a loyalty points scheme,for every £1 you spend you will receive 1 x loyalty point which = 5p this can then be redeemed of future purchases.

Koi Deliveries Via courier

All Live Koi Deliveries are to mainland U.K. only.

All Koi are sent by APC courier overnight for delivery Next Day, before 12am

All Koi delivered Next Day by courier will require a signature for the delivery.

Due to the nature of delivering Live Koi you have to be available in person to accept your delivery on the agreed date and time.

Koi are transported by our Experienced Fish carrier with a late pickup one day and a before 12 o’clock delivery the next day.

All quarantined fish are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch

They are double bagged with oxygen. A small dose of Ebagin is also added to help your new arrivals to have had a stress free journey.

We always take the upmost care of your new fish prior to their departure, but once they have left our premises all risks must pass to the Purchaser / Receiver.

SHIPPING

The practice nowadays of offering free shipping on orders over a certain amount is fairly common.

At present we generally offer this on the majority of orders over £45.00, hence when your basket total at checkout is at this level

it will automatically adjust and remove this surcharge. Currently set at £4.95 on orders below £45.00

A few (unduly large or excessively heavy items) can be impossible to include, and it might be necessary to add a surcharge when processing your order. You will however be informed during shopping prior to adding the item to your basket if it might incur a shipping surcharge.

Our present courier is of excellent capabilities including the transport of fish. They operate the following policy for delivery:

Deliveries will require a signature. If an attempted delivery fails and no instruction left for the driver a card will be left with a number to ring to arrange a further free delivery.

Please note any package that is despatched via a courier generally goes out and arrives 95% of the time the next working day, but next day delivery is by no means 100% guaranteed by us or by the courier this applies to paid or free shipments,due to unforeseen circumstances ie heavy traffic ,busier times of the year and road traffic accidents etc etc.

We reserve the right to dispatch certain items direct from our suppliers this reflects our policy of keeping overall cost to you as low as possible, but might mean an order arrives in two or more consignments depending on the size of the order.

Our aim is to dispatch purchases within 24 hours. Whenever there is a possibility items might take a little longer we will always endeavour to keep you informed.

AFTER SHIPPING:

Receipt and signing for your order is very important and certain things have to be considered. 

1. If on arrival you cannot be certain that no damage has taken place in transit, please Sign as Unchecked
2. We are unable to accept responsibility for damage if the goods have been signed for and accepted in *Good Condition*.4
